At eBhaktiMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., prasad, incense, oils)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear images or videos along with order details for verification.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Re-shipping may be arranged with additional charges.
